Booking and payment
- Minimum group size is 10. Smaller group? Ask anyway — depending on the date we may still be able to help.
- A deposit secures your date, with the balance due before the class. We’ll confirm the exact terms on your quote.
- Company bookings can be invoiced with a PO reference and standard payment terms.
- All guests must be 18 or over for classes involving alcohol. We run alcohol-free mocktail classes for younger groups.
