Prices and group sizes
How much does a cocktail making class cost in Nottingham?
From £35 per person, with a minimum group size of 10. That includes your bartender, all spirits and mixers, equipment, glassware, ice, garnishes, setup and clear-up. See full prices →
What’s the minimum number of guests?
Ten. If your group is smaller, get in touch anyway — depending on the date we may still be able to make it work.
Is there a maximum group size?
Not really. Groups over about 25 work better with a second bartender so nobody’s standing around waiting, and we’ll build that into your quote.
Are there any hidden costs?
No. No booking fee, no service charge and no travel charge within Nottingham. The quote we send is the amount you pay.
What happens on the day
Do we need to provide anything?
Just a bit of table or worktop space, a plug socket and access to a sink. We bring everything else, including the ice and the glassware.
Where can you set up?
Kitchens, dining rooms, gardens, flats, Airbnbs, hotel rooms and suites, offices, meeting rooms, village halls and hired venues. If you’re not sure whether your space works, send us a photo and we’ll tell you.
Do we need to clear up afterwards?
No. Everything we bring in goes back out with us, and we leave the space as we found it.
Can we carry on drinking after the class?
Of course — it’s your place. We can also stay on and serve drinks as a bar after the class finishes. Ask when you enquire.
Drinks and dietary requirements
Can you cater for people who don’t drink alcohol?
Yes, and properly. We make alcohol-free versions of everything on the menu so nobody sits and watches. Just let us know numbers when you book.
Can you do a fully alcohol-free class?
Yes. Mocktail classes work well for under-18 birthdays, school leavers, family parties and workplaces that would rather not serve alcohol.
Can you work around allergies or dietary requirements?
Yes. Tell us in advance and we’ll plan the menu around it.
Is there an age limit?
Guests need to be 18 or over for classes involving alcohol. For younger groups we run fully alcohol-free mocktail classes instead.

Will you travel outside Nottingham?
Often, particularly for larger groups. A small travel charge may apply depending on distance. Ask and we’ll tell you.
Booking
How far in advance should I book?
Saturdays and December go first. If you have a date in mind, message us and we’ll tell you straight away whether it’s available.
How do I secure my date?
A deposit holds the date, with the balance due before the class. Full terms come with your quote.
Can you invoice my company?
Yes. We’ll invoice with your PO reference and standard payment terms. More on corporate bookings →
What if our numbers change?
Tell us as soon as you know. We can usually adjust up or down, as long as you stay at or above the minimum of 10.
Are you insured?
Yes — we can send our public liability certificate on request, which offices, hotels and managed venues often ask for.
