Cocktail Masterclasses in Nottingham
A proper hands-on cocktail masterclass, brought to your door anywhere in Nottingham. From £35 per person, minimum 10 guests.
How it works
- You tell us the details. Date, group size, where you are and what the occasion is.
- We confirm and plan. We’ll agree the cocktails, the timings and anything you want tailored.
- We arrive and set up. Your bartender turns up ahead of time with the full kit and builds the bar.
- Everyone makes cocktails. Shake, stir, taste, repeat. Nobody stands and watches.
- We pack down. Everything goes back out with us. You carry on with your night.
What you’ll learn
It isn’t just about following a recipe. Over the session your bartender covers the technique that makes the difference between a homemade cocktail and a proper one:
- Shaking, stirring and when to use which — and why it matters more than people think
- Balance — how sweet, sour, strong and bitter fit together
- Ice — the ingredient everyone underestimates
- Muddling, layering and building in the glass
- Garnishing so a drink looks like it came from a bar
- A bit of history behind the classics you’re making
What’s included
- A professional bartender for the duration of your class
- All spirits, mixers, syrups and garnishes
- Shakers, strainers, jiggers and all the kit — one set between two guests
- Glassware and ice
- Full setup before and clear-up afterwards
- Alcohol-free versions for anyone not drinking
- No travel charge anywhere in Nottingham
